If a Lexus has 140,000 miles how much difference does it make if the 140,000 miles are on a five-year-old Lexus versus a ten-year-old Lexus? Is it worse that so many miles were stacked up so soon?

Usually it's better to stack them up fast that means they were highway driving and highway driving is only 1/10 of the wear of City driving

5 vs 10 years - that doesn't matter so much. What does matter is stop-and-start vs highway miles, maintenance, accidents, clean title, etc. Don't worry about how it got there, worry about how it is now.
