About idling, when heated the engine idles at 800 RPMs, but somewhat vibrates, nothing absurd but it's annoying, making a subtle diesel-like sound.

Well I would do an engine flush and then put new oil and filter and pray that stops the noise often the oil is dirty and doesn't build up pressure enough when cold
