One owner 2017 Acura MDX SH-AWD with 50,000kms on it. Would you consider this a good buy? Will be getting it looked at by a local mechanic, in the mean time I thought I’d ask one of the best ones out there first before putting 35k on it! 🙂

50,000 kms is nothing for any vehicle, let alone an Acura.. Wait for the results or the PPI before you part with your money.
