I have a 2017 BMW 330i with the ZF 8 speed automatic transmission. The car has 37000 miles on it. When should I change the transmission fluid. Bmw claims it’s lifetime but I think that’s a bunch of crap.

About now, every 40K miles. It is a bunch of crap.
