My car ac is blowing warm air and i went to the dealership they charge me $296 for diagnostics and to put freon on the system but honda canada sent me a letter about they have a recall for this problem and i dont think so its right to charge me for diagnostics if they already admitted that they know this problem and on top of that they cant even find the problem where its leaking.

Buy an electronic detector for $30 and check for yourself whether your condenser is leaking.

No, but I did have problems with warranty work and had to go to corporate to get it fixed.

It wasn't a pay issue, it was work not being done correctly under warranty. They did get me to another dealership and the problem was fixed. The first dealership wanted me to pay for warranty work, which I refused. I would really speak to corporate and see if they can help.
Your problem is first going to a dealership. Your second problem is that you agreed to have the work done on their terms. Good luck getting reimbursed.
the way it work is they need to diagnose first to determine if the condensor is the problem and its free if the condensor is leaking but this time they can find the leak and if not related to condensor i have to pay on my own pocket for the diagnostics
What year is the vehicle? Depending on that it could be covered under warranty.

Take a copy of the Honda recall to the dealer and get reimbursed.
