2017 Honda Coupe automatic 62000 miles
Took to Honda dealer to service with a print out for Fuel Service & Clean(Perform fuel Induction Service Due to increased ethanol in gasoline carbo).
Do I need that done by them or I can add a cleaner

If you're not having any problems it's not needed. The "increased ethanol" excuse for this service sounds like a stealership scam, but you could check with Honda corporate and see if it's something they recommend. Not to mention that if you're in the U.S., higher ethanol content is permitted but has not been mandated so you should be able to stick with the 10% stuff.
