Hello everyone, I have been changing my oil for years and a couple of years ago I bought my wire a 2017 Kia Sorento. To my surprise underneath the front of the car is a cover that blocks everything. In the past I have dropped the cover down enough to get on the oil pan bolt to drain the oil but what a pain.
So my question is would it hurt to cut out a section of this cover to get at the oil drain so you don't have to unbolt and drop the cover every time you want to change the oil? or any other suggestions.
