Hello i was wondering, my Mazda 3 2017 takes 0W20 oil it has 54,300 miles on it. should I use convictional, synthetic or full synthetic oil?

Read the owner's manual and follow the recommendation there. Read the bottle and make sure it meets those specifications.
GF6a is the highest standard right now, and I think it will meet and exceed what your manufacturer recommends.
