Hello, I have a 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro with 76k miles. I recently had a front end accident that I was not at fault at. My insurance company sent me my “preliminary repair estimate” that was just over $2k however several people with a good eye think it should be more around $8k. Thoughts?

go out and get a few estimates yourself from reliable mechanics you know

The insurance company is just trying to get you to settle for cheap. Go to places of your choosing and get estimates, like @mmj said.
