I recently changed the CVT transmission fluid in our 2018 Accord at 51000 miles with the correct Honda CVT fluid. My mileage dropped from 38.8mpg to 38.4mpg. Can you thing of any reason for this? I did nothing else at the time.

That is such a small drop in mileage that it could be caused by almost anything.
