Hi Scotty,
I have a question about my Camry 2018 XSe in Canada. It got 87k km on it and there is issue with ICS and Parking Assist. Took it to the dealer and they said it was wiring harness issue( not covered under warranty) quoted 1.5k CAD. I replaced the harness my self and got genuine part from Toyota but the issue isn't going away. Any suggestions what to do next?
Update,
Got an x431, cleared the codes for ECU ICS sonar and calibrated and it worked. Turns out needed a calibration to fix everything after the wiring harness.
Well done! Thanks for posting back with the fix.
FWIW the ICS system has several sonar sensors, and the sensors need to be calibrated correctly to sense the distance to other cars, etc. I would think that the sensor function and calibration would be the source of most of the problems. Here are some of the sensors on a similar Toyota.

there is issue with ICS and Parking Assist.
So first of all what is the exact issue? Is it not calculating/sensing distance etc. correctly or is it not working at all or what?
What @glen_stet said above is correct, but it also depends on your issue. If the system isn't working at all then the next thing could be the sensors themselves if the wiring harness was changed already.
The issue is the parking sensors aren't working. I'm just wondering how should I go about figuring which to change or next step. Basically looking for direction to diagnose issue as I fixed the issue from dealer.
If it's not working at all I suspect it can be the sensors themselves have gone bad. You might want to try changing the sensors. I mean if the wiring is fine then my next guess would be the sensors themselves. Or if you have an independent mechanic you trust maybe they can help with exactly diagnosing the problem; don't go to the dealership anymore.
they said it was wiring harness issue( not covered under warranty
Did you read your warranty? Are they telling the truth? My guess is: No. They're blowing you off.
Thank you, everyone will give it a try.
