Is the dealership screwing me over?

So my 2018 Ford Escape Titanium 2.0L EcoBoost engine (240PS) was replaced with J2GZ 6006 E. According to my search this is a Fussion engine. Something not adding up. Is this wrong or correct? Doesn't seem this is a equal to the old Turbo type engine. Is the dealership screwing me over. I would like your opinions, please.

IMHO, I think you got a better engine.

It’s NOT Ecoboost.

It’s NOT turbo.

The old engine was built for compacts. They gave you an engine used in mid sized.

Other thoughts from anyone else?

Do you have links to the specific engine you had originally and the new engine you are getting?

Something seems off, because the Escape is a compact SUV and the Fusion is a mid size car.

I Purchased the vehicle new in November 2018. Apparently there are issues with coolant leaking into the engine. Dealership tells me it needs a new engine. So they tell me it's going to the 2 weeks and yesterday I picked up my vehicle and notice on the invoice covered under warranty. The engine J2GZ 6006 E service engine asy. Which I looked up and it states it's a Fussion engine. So I'm confused. Are they trying to past something off?

Haha I can’t really help. But I had to comment. I believe I first heard the word stealership from Scotty’s videos. You are right to be wary.  Best wishes for you and your car.
