I bought a 2018 Toyota Highlander 4 cylinder (2.7L) with 27,000 miles in Nashville. I had the oil changed at 30,000 miles at a Toyota dealer using 0W20 which is the weight suggested. It now has a ping in the motor. What’s going on. I checked the oil level and it is just right.

well if it didn't ping before that would make me question whether they put them right amount of oil in or actually put in the oil they should unfortunately since you bought it used you don't know what oil was originally used. Always always use the same oil in a car do not switch
