2019 Dodge Charger V6 lifter

I am looking at a 2019 Charger V6 with 61k that has what sounds like a lifter tick.  It’s not a loud ticking noise, would there be a good engine additive that would lubricate the lifters and maybe quiet them or should I fix the lifters if I decide to buy or should I avoid it all together?

Below is what I am looking with a video that has the engine running towards the end.

Police cars are ridden hard and put away wet.

The 3.6 Pentastars are terrible engines.

I couldn't run away fast enough from this one. Don't even look at Dodge.

No additive is going to fix a mechanical problem. That ex-police car is going to be an endless money pit.
