Hi Scotty, I have a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan that has 62,000 miles, and I just changed the transmission fluid and filter on it. I put in exactly the same amount of fluid that drained out-4 1/4 quarts. It showd full. The transmission immediatly began slipping and won't go into 1st gear. Now the transmission shop says the torque converter failed, materail is all through the system and it needs to be rebuilt with the cooler replaced because it is clogged. Have you ever heard of that happening before?
I always try to maintain my autos,and this oil s really disheartening.

Oh I've seen that happen all the time. Dodge makes really crappy transmissions. That's just how they are. I want people never to buy their products
They're just a poorly designed transmission no matter how well you maintain it.
