Hey Scotty! My dad is looking at a 2019 Ford F-150 with a 2.7 Liter V6 engine in it. The pick up has about 22,000 miles on it and was brought to Idaho from Saskatchewan, Canada.. What do you think of that engine and Canadian brought trucks? Thank you!

That vehicle has the 2.7L Ecoboost V6. I would avoid the Ford F-150s with the Ecoboost; Scotty has mentioned time and time again to stay clear of those engines as they wear sooner (and more expensive to repair) than the naturally aspirated V8s. Also, the 10-speed AT has been through some growing pains (also subject to class action lawsuit) and jury still out on its longevity. If I were you I would look at a 2015-2017 Ford F-150 with the 2nd gen 5.0L V8 mated to the 6-speed AT.
