Scotty I brought this vehicle 3 months ago and it has 51k low miles. I’m wondering how long will these things theoretically last? I keep on maintenance extremely well. It had oil and fluid changes on time. It has 5.3L and 6 speed trans. It will be driven on 50% city and 50% highway all the time.

With all the computer modules and electronics they put in them now, not that long.
It also depends a lot on who owned it before, and what they did with it.

these newer ecotec engines are high strung. They are cramming 11:1 compression into a block that wasn't designed for it, and then adding cylinder deactivation to it, which guarantees that it won't last as long as the 5.3's used to.
Unless you have a working crystal ball there is no way to tell. An internet search for issues with that model can suggest what to expect. For example:
