I have a ‘19 Honda Pilot EX-L with the original FLA battery. I’m in the market to replace the almost 5 y.o battery but want to know if I can get an AGM or should I stick to FLA.

Assuming it meets the power requirments, you can usually fit from lead acid to AGM, but not AGM to lead acid.
Even if you don’t buy it from Costco, I usually use their website to figure out what batteries, AGM or Lead Acid, might be compatible with my car. Plop in your make and model and year. and it will give you compatible batteries.
