Hi. We have a 2019 Ram 1500 Rebel with the 5.7 Hemi E-Torque. 

Recently it was having some hard shifting when cold. We brought it in and long story short, #2 and #4 fuel injectors were replaced. 

Transmission fluid level and fluid condition was checked, full and still looks clean.

We got it back and it seemed to run butter smooth including the shifting. Ran like it was new.

Now its starting to do the same thing again.....When cold, the engine pauses as it shifts and when shifting from 3rd back down to 1st when cold, it slams a bit but goes away when the engine and transmission have warmed up a bit. 

Also, at idle, I don't know how to explain it but it hiccups a little here and there. 

I have checked for codes and there are none. But the live data seems to show the fuel trims going up and down a bit. 

I can't figure out how to attach the video of the data but basically while warmed up and idling:

LFT Bank 1: 0.8 - 5.5% (stays at 3.9%)

LFT Bank 2: -5.5 - 0.8% (stays at -2.3%)

SFT Bank 1: -5.5 - 8.6% (goes all over the place, including subtracting and then adding)

SFT Bank 2: -6.3 - 8.6% (also goes all over the place, including subtracting and then adding)

What can be done to fix this? 

I don't believe its a transmission issue, but rather the ecu and tcm compensating for how the engine is running.
