I am looking to purchase a 2019 Toyota Highlander and I do not know which to go with, either the Hybrid or the V6. I would get the Hybrid but.......I am concerned I will not have much pick up or speed unless I purchase the V6. Will I loose speed by buying the hybrid or is it the same as the V6? Thank you in advance!

I'd suggest test driving both to see how they perform.
I think the real question is, with the kind of driving you do how long will it take for gas savings to make up the difference in cost? (Presumably the hybrid is more expensive.) Also, how long do you intend to keep the Highlander? Although Toyota makes excellent hybrid systems they are very expensive to repair when they get old, even more so than today's conventional vehicles. So if you plan to keep it "forever" you may want to take that into consideration.
Thank you!!
I would get the plain V6 for less repair costs down the road.
