Its a long story please help, I have a 2019 Toyota 4 Runner. I had a mechanic put 18 inch wheels and tires and a 2 inch leveling lift on it. Drove two weeks and began to get a shake and vibration in steering wheel between 45 and 60 mph. The mechanic took tires off wheels put new tires on wheels didn't help, drove for a while and took those tires and wheels off and replaced with same type wheels and different tires still didn't help. I had a different mechanic replace needle bearing with the east coast gear clam bushing still didn't help. I love my vehicle just don't what to do please help.

Take it to a specialty alignment shop for diagnosis.  Anybody will sell you tires and a lift kit.

Check the wheel balance

Check the shocks/struts

Check The front Brake Rotors

Check The steering Column

This may sound stupid, but are you sure the guy balanced them correctly? Some shops just skip the basics.

Other than that when you add lift and/or wheel it's going to adversely affect your entire drivetrain but generally the front end death wobble comes first.

It's not exactly old but it's not fresh off the lot either so something that may have lasted twice as long just failed from the extra strain.

If you have a jack & stands, get the front tires off of the ground then check for play, "wiggling" the wheel top to bottom & side to side.
