What's your opinion of a 2020 Buick Envision AWD with a 2.0 liter engine & nine speed automatic? (I understand they were built--and are popular--in China, so I look forward to your response.)
Also, recently I saw a TV aid for a device the plugs into your diagnostic port and allows you to shut of your auto start/stop feature. Your thoughts?

Pass on it, especially if you had thoughts on purchasing it.

Which ad or device? Depending on who designed and manufactured the device - it’s generally not a good idea to drive around with a device plugged into your OBDII port unless it’s for diagnostics.
Not a good choice. About the start-stop button, deactivate it everytime you want to drive the car. Adding any aftermarket devices for that purpose, besides voiding the warranty, might result in damage other electronics.
Just use the button to turn it off. A lot of those after market devices will mess up your entire electrical system.
