Hello I bought my 2020 chevy blazer v6 about 3 months ago, it has just reached 50k miles. Every since I bought it, it has had a slight tapping in the motor when cold. The dealer mechanic said it was the electronic ignition both times i took it there and told me it was normal. I have heard bad lifters in a vehicle before and it sounds like the beginning of that. Right now im concerned because it has been blowing white smoke out of the exhaust even when it reaches operating temp. After a while of driving no more smoke. No engine light and the performance of the engine seems normal. Since I have had it, I have a Afm disabler plugged into the obd port so it doesnt shut down cylinders. Also my auto stop/start is disabled. I’m wondering what this could be? I can always smell coolant when I open the hood but it never really uses coolant so far. Thank you for all your help!
