Hi Scotty, I am evaluating buying a 2021 Gen 14 F-150 with the POWERBOOST Full Hybrid V6 or a straight 5.4L V8 Flex Engine. What do you know about the POWERBOOST Full Hybrid V6?
I currently own a 2008 F-150 with the 5.4 V8, it has been a great reliable truck with 99,800 miles (driven less than 8500 miles per year).

I would go V8 for sure I did not trust new hybrid designs

Keep the one you have and try for another few hundred thousand. You have it, like it, use it. Why change?
I hear Ford mechanics complain about costs to repair the V6, if it is needed.
