Hi Scott,
My friend bought a brand new Jeep Grandcherokee SRT 2021 and it has been having the worst issues ever. Presently it has only 12K miles and the engine stalls at 60mph on the freeway and in the parking lots so you had to tow it away. There is no check engine light coming up but the weird hissing sounds coming from the engine before it dies. The dealership has no clue to what to do, they keep it for about 5 days and return the car saying everything should be ok, but the issues still persists. Please advise me what should be the next step as it seems like it's not safe to drive this SUV

With the current market he may be able to sell it for more than he paid for it.

look up lemon law.
if they can't fix it, they have to buy it
