As @Yaser said, did you get overspray on the tires?
Another possibility would be losing a wheel weight. Did you remove them to spray the rims? If so, nine times out of ten that's the issue.

My sister removed her tires/wheels to plasti-dip the wheels. A day after the reinstallation was complete, she hears a rumbling noise while driving at all speed levels. Any idea what the issue is? ill link the video. https://youtube.com/shorts/S752OgCj8iA?feature=share

If you don't put the wheels on right you can get noises I would Jack it up remove all wheels and then install them using a torque wrench with the proper specifications for example on a Toyota it's normally about 75 ft pounds of torque for the lug nuts
