I am thinking of buying a 2021 Jeep Cherokee Laredo E 4X4 with 78k miles for $16,777. If in good condition, is this a good deal? I am not sure if the transmission fluid has been flushed. If not, is it too late to do that? I appreciate any answers that I receive.

Not unless you enjoy spending money on repairs. Go buy a Toyota Highlander instead.
