What lights came on?
Get an alignment from a good tire shop, not a chain store and start there. If you hit curbs hard enough, you'll knock the wheels out of alignment and it will lead to a crooked steering wheel.

What exactly are "these lights"? Parking lights? Stop lights? Headlights? Interior lights? Dashboard lights? Vehicles have many lights.

There's no way to tell from here if any parts need to be replaced or if so what. You need to have your suspension examined for damaged parts and, as @justin-shepherd said, aligned at a good independent shop.
