I do hear a tiny bit of a rough, uneven sound. But I don't think it's the engine

Hard to say if it's the engine or a belt driven accessory. The alternator has to work extra hard immediately after startup.

If you wanted to narrow it down better, you could slip the belt off and run it for a minute and see if the noise goes away.

if it only happens while cold, then I wouldn't worry too much. Metal hasn't expanded to operating temp and oil isn't at full flow.

Thanks a lot for your prompt feedback

I'm new to both 4Runner and 1GR-FE engine

Do you think the noise 3

(rhythmic tapping sound in cabin) is related with the rough uneven sound you mentioned?
The rhythm will increase/decrease with RPM in low speed after cold start

Actually I'm worrying more about the "clicking" noise in wheel well

It happens all time either cold start or warm up after normal driving

Will record more video after 1 hours high way driving tomorrow
Thanks

(rhythmic tapping sound in cabin)

I can't hear anything in the cabin.

well, it's a new vehicle with warranty. Tell Toyota your concern.

Engines are complex machines with lots of moving parts that make all sorts of clicking sounds. New engines have multiple injectors per cylinder for example. Like I said, it does sound a bit uneven to me, but I've never owned a 2023 4Runner (V6 or i4?). You could always have them fire up another brand new 4Runner on the lot and see if it does it too, or remove the belt like I said.
