Can we bypass a brand new pilot that drops down to three cylinders? Does it void the Honda warranty? If so do you do it at 36,001 miles ? Can you perform this bypass with AWD? And who can do this bypass. Thanks

Read your owner's manual to see if it can be disabled when you start the car up. Many vehicles have that capability, you'd just have to get into the habit of doing it.
Can you perform this bypass with AWD? And who can do this bypass.
It is unwise to hack up the complex electrical systems in modern cars. Not only would it likely void your warranty it can be the source of endless hard-to-diagnose problems. Likewise, aftermarket gadgets that plug into the OBD2 diagnostics port to change engine behavior can cause electrical problems.
