01 accord 3 liter engine idle surges between 1900 then drops to 800 rpm
the car sat for 4 months then the idle started to surge
I have removed and clean the Idle air control valve
The car has NO check engine light on
Do you have any other ideas

Any vacuum leaks? Or any signs of rodent bites on the vacuum hoses?

Does the car have any leaks? Clean the MAF sensor and throttle body with spray cleaner (How to make your car run better with spray cleaner).

I had the throttle body off and cleaned all the inside of the throttle body
I didn’t notice a MAF sensor but I will look again
I received and installed the new IAC valve
The rpm on the motor is at 800 and the motor purrs like a kitten
