Hey Scotty.
I am trying to decide on three different used cars to drive to work. I drive 43 miles one way, 5 to 6 days a week. 95% highway. a 2004 Toyota Avalon with 45,000. A '94 Oldsmobile 98 with 3800V6, 43,000 or a 2002 Mazda Millenia non supercharged with 45,000 miles on it. The Mazdas is the cheapest. Your thoughts? Thanks

Given that they range in age from about 20 to 30 years I would not expect any of those to provide reliable service for much longer if they are even capable of doing so now. The Avalon is probably the best bet if a mechanic says it's OK.
The low mileages quoted are suspicious and would need to be confirmed.
