I know this isn't a car question, more car accessorie question. A few months ago scotty praised the 3d car mat usa for the matrix. This Saturday is my birthday and I ask my gf to get me a liner set for my car over the weekend. When I looked up the product the it said free. I even checked dubbel checked and was 0.00 dollars, Just pay shipping. So no brainer I purchased and received a confirmation code and everything. long story short and as of Thursday Oct 27 they said the website was gliched and to order it again at 162 dollars. I don't mind paying for quality products but they had a cheeper price and I feel like they don't want to honor the discount. I was hoping you can do a video talking about it . I even credited the scotty kilmer channel. My car just hit 100,000 miles tonight I just wanted something nice for my car. Thanks
This is right from their website. And I'm sure other online sites have a similar disclaimer as well. There are mistakes that happen, move on.

I had a whole email confirmation and everything. I was using the term discount to get to the point. I'd upload it if I could, the excuse they gave me was tech error. If it was wouldn't it just say 0.00 like if there was a tech glitch and instead it said "free". Not $0.00, "FREE".
We all make mistakes. Would you offer a hypothetical customer a $150 product/service for free?
not just one customer ... EVERYBODY!
It wasn't a discount... It was a misprint. You're mad they're not giving them to you for free??
