2001 Toyota 4Runner 4wd limited automatic
I pressed the 4wd and it started flashing continuously tell know
and the 4wd and deferential locks are engaged.
Pressed the 4wd to disengage still engaged
tried pressing the def locks button still engaged, and flashing. And it’s not good driving it in 4wd and def lock engaged.
I tried disconnecting battery, 4wd fuse
And it’s still flashing what do I do next
and is there a fuse for def locks
well when it flashes it means there is a problem find the guy like me with the Toyota dealer level scan tool to see what the code is there is a problem somewhere. You could try disconnecting the battery waiting 5 minutes with the headlights turned on which empties the capacitors in the computers and when you reconnect the battery five minutes later it may at least turn that system off
