Recently purchased with under 90,000 miles. Replaced water pump and power steering pump with aftermarket parts since OEM parts not available. PS pump still leaks. Recommendations?
First of all congrats on finding a 94 7.3 with under 100k. That is a unicorn for sure. I had a 1992 250 with a Windsor and one of the downfalls of these trucks is the power steering pump. I replaced it 3 times and all leaked a little bit so I just put up with it. You may get lucky. Also keep an eye on the dual tank system. That is known for problems as well.

I'm amazed you found one with such low miles. Usually for those trucks, (with 600K miles) the owners want $150,000 and your daughter's vir.... You get the point.
Our local pipefitters had a 2002 Econoline with the 7.3, and we surprisingly never had issues. I would check out one at a junk yard, and try to find one without the leak.
That being said, as long as it isn't dripping, I'd put up with it if you really have replaced it multiple times.
