Hello I Got a skyline GT with 105k KM that had clutch pedal that didnt return fully i didn't know about for the first days, and needed to be pulled back by foot eventually when it couldnt shift into first gear anymore. When adjusting the master cylinder to a longer setting that doesn't stick, the U joint closest to the trans end slot clunks when shifting.
I tried a whole new new clutch/flywheel kit, master cylinder piston, slave cylinder, clutch throwout bearing, nismo pedal bracket. A vibrating after market drive shaft I returned didnt fix it.
The last suicide curse was the MAF sensor needing a new stock one.
no matter what i do it still wont work 100% right when I try to adjust it back to where it was when i got it with no dead space.
I would assume the master cylinders bad you said you put the piston in it but it could be the whole thing needs replacing the only thing that brings it back up is the master cylinder itself and the spring that pulls the clutch pedal up maybe that spring is broken
There is no spring I can find still that fits the car.
I didn't mention, it works at redline only if you slowly disengage. What could that mean?
I watched exedy talks about a overstroke condition with to much dead space that causes disengagement issues?
