I have a 97 s10 4.3 v6 with 213k miles, I recently changed the intake manifold gasket, spark plugs, and spark plugs wires, the truck is getting a code for cylinder 4 missfire and the long term fuel trim is around 12%, do you think it could be bad fuel injection?

well it could be cuz it's running lean if it's adding that much fuel it's running lean and bad fuel injectors often will not spray correctly try the number four injector first of course
