So me and my friends finsished installing coilovers, and when I drive straight and when turning particularly to the right I think,

I hear a popping noise coming from the right tire area, im pretty sure my ball joint is bad because it had play but it never did that until I installed my coils, also a tire shop who put my tires on tightened my lugs way too tight and when I was putting my lugs back on that tire it felt like it was cross threading because it took a bit of turns until the threads finnaly catched, what should I do?

Also im not sure if dampening has anything to with it and maybe in feeling the road more because it's a stiffer ride? Even then I don't think the noise would come from the right front tire only.

Replace the ball joint and make sure your lugs are toqued correctly to spec. If the sound doesn’t go away then you should look into it more. Either way you gotta replace that ball joint so you won’t lose out on anything and it might just fix your problem

Thank you I will do that, they played with it a made a joke about it so idk if that finnaly made it give out, oh and also we didn't get to finish because It was dark so the front of the car is higher than stock ride hieght idk if that matters
