Hello,

2004 Honda Accord DX 4d 2.4L 250k miles automatic, super reliable. I replaced with a used a/c compressor, it worked for about a day. Now it doesn't blow ice cold air anymore, i replaced it with a new compressor, still no ice old air, Clutch engages every time, just warm and cool air. What can possibly be the problem here? Thanks.

Did you check the high side and low side pressures when it didn't blow cold air? You may have a leak in your AC system.

Pressures on both sides held (no leak).

Check the condenser.

Bad condenser. Thanks.

Did you recharge correctly by evacuating the system, and then refilling with a precisely weighed amount of refrigerant?

Another possibility is that the temperature blend door is stuck on warm. Verify by disassembling the dash to find actuator, twisting the knob and observing the operation.

I followed all the steps avac'd and refilled with the right amount of refrigerant (it worked for a day).
I didn't pull the dash apart, but I can hear the blend door switching from warm/hot to cool air and back.

you can hear it do something, but you need to check that it's doing the right thing

i'll give it a try physically checking the blend door
