ABS light comes on briefly when cold

I have a 2001 4Runner with 135k miles on it. Ever since I bled my brake fluid, the brake warning and ABS light comes on (Code 51) for 10 seconds ONLY when the engine is cold. It brakes normally and the pedal is firm so I'm sure there's no air in the system and my brake fluid is topped off. Any idea how to fix this?
