So I have a 2015 highlander (v6) with 87k. The AC is set to auto and typically starts off a little cool then progressively gets colder within a few minutes but today it was blowing straight hot air for about 5 mins then instantly was blowing freezing. When I got back into the car about 30 mins later to head home it was cold from the get go. What could be starting to go bad and what should I test? Thank you

Make sure all radiator and condenser fans are running when the AC is on. Check that your temperature blend door is operating properly, it may be binding up.

Check the fuse?
