Ac stopped working on my 2012 honda accord 4cylinder car. So, i put some Walmart seal and refrigerant in and the ac worked for half a day, and now just hot air. i think it is clogged, i replaced the compressor, but don't think that was the problem, but it has 210k miles on it so the new compressor.

i spent 130 at the shop for them to test for leaks and they said everything was good and they said the compressor was bad, so i put the new one, still not blowing, i paid a mobile mechanic 260 to come and install the compressor and fill system, the system was empty when he started because i had it discharged. He said the freon is not circulating.

How do i fix this?

The sealer in the can of refrigerant you used has probably clogged up your entire system.  You need to go to an automotive ac specialist to have it properly repaired.

Whatever problem you had it could well have been made worse by blindly putting in a can of refrigerant containing sealer. I've seen that stuff destroy entire AC systems, requiring all parts to be replaced.

Why did you replace the compressor, apparently without doing a proper diagnosis first? Was it making noise or seized up? Did a manifold gauge set show it to be developing insufficient pressure?

There is a right way and a wrong way to go about diagnosing and fixing air conditioning. It's a specialty requiring different equipment and skills than most other repairs. The way you fix this is to take it to an automotive AC specialist instead of random mechanics that can only handle the most basic AC problems. The problem you have is that AC shops will not want to work on a system that has sealer in it because it can clog up their expensive equipment. If that happens you would be financially responsible for repairing or replacing any shop equipment that was damaged.
