Add oil when evacuating AC?

If I vacuum out my AC like you show in one of your videos will I need to add lubricant afterwards? Or does the vacuum not effect the lubricant?

Adding oil is not needed during normal, controlled AC system evacuation - very little is lost. It would be needed if components are replaced or in the case of a sudden huge leak (like a burst hose) spraying a lot of oil out.

Note that to stay legal the refrigerant must be recovered, not released into the atmosphere.
