Accord 2008 lack of power

Hi Mr.scotty

First of all thank you for the amazing youtube channel.

I have a problem with my accord 2008 200k km on it with auto transmission 2.4 engine.

The car acceleration is very bad and you need to floor the pedal to get some power specially on uphills. It feels like the engine is chocking when you press the gas pedal.

I have done the following without any luck to get it solved.

Checked the spark plugs and they are fine.

Changed the motor oil (tutachi 5/30)

Cleaned the catalytic converter.

Checked the transmission fluid and still full and red.

Changed oil selenoid.

Changed the fuel pump.

Cleaned the air filter.

And like to mention that i have no check engine light, and the engine is not consuming fuel neither water.

But since the problem started i noticed that engine starts hardly in the first time specially in cold weather (about 40 Fahrenheit where i live).

Thank you

Have you checked the fuel filter?

Is it part of the fuel pump dear ?, if yes then i have changed the fuel pump completely
Sorry if my answer seems silly but am not that good with car parts

No worries! The filter will actually be separate from the fuel pump. Here is a video on how you would go about changing it on your specific car. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=fyuwjGE4c9U

Yes dear, called the mechanic and told me he changed it also.
