2000 f150, wind noise from door seals drivers side. A good way to adjust'em so they close tighter? I have the 2-door w/the inner release back doors. Whats the usual repair required? Everything looks ok & not damaged looking?

It's probably not the door being out of adjustment (unless it's been hit in an accident), but the 22-year-old seals deteriorating. They may look OK but they are not as pliable as when they were new and are probably flattened. Here's something cheap and easy you can try that the Jeep guys frequently do:

You could try loosening the striker bolt and moving it slightly in to get a tighter door seal.

hinges could be worn out or fatigued metal.

Turn up the radio.
