Since I replaced my worn out cv axles for my 2015 Nissan Altima 173,000 miles, the driver side drives rough and the passenger side doesn't. Should I replace it?

I would do so. It's a 2015 Nissan with 175k miles, I'm surprised you didn't replace both CV axles at once. Once one goes out the other one is likely not far behind. Especially with Nissans.

I replaced both passenger and driver side axles, however the driver side new axle drives rough

Get a new one, does yours have a limited lifetime warranty? They're available at AutoZone.

I got them online

Take one back.
