Hi, I have 2 cars with similar issues. I have a 2010 Gmc Acadia with 145000 miles it has an airbag light When I plugged in my scan tool. I got code b0012.0D

I also have an Infiniti qx70 2015 with an airbag blinking .it came on after replacing the alternator. when I plugged in the scan tool I got code b00a0.00

I took it to the dealership of infinity .they told me they did a zero-point reset and it never worked. They suggested that I replace the occupant seat sensor if it doesn't work to replace the whole seat frame. I replaced the occupant seat sensor but the airbag light still blinking

what shd i do to avoid costly repairs

May I just buckle up seat belts? Work great if you use them and snap them in. Arabic systems are extremely complex, computer driven systems and many things can make them go wrong. Wiring faults module faults sensor faults. I personally never even work on them because of liability issues. I'm not going to be sued of somebody gets killed because a stupid airbag system somebody else designed doesn't work correctly
