Airbag light won't turn off - no codes

I replaced my clock spring on my 2011 Toyota Rav4 because the horn stopped working. After the installation, the horn worked, but now the air bag light is on. I used my bluedriver and no scans were found. I checked the wiring again and everything is plugged in correctly.

Did you try to reset it? remove the negative battery terminal and wait for 30 min.

Yes, I removed the negative terminal and waited. It did not resolve the issue.

Listen to what @InThrustWeTrust says.

Looks like you’ll need a dealer level scan tool to read the airbag codes. Look around your area for a Toyota specialist independent mechanic.
