What can I do to prevent my alarm frequently going off on my 2010 Toyota Corolla. It has 140,000 miles. It happens when I turn the ignition off. Also, on cold mornings I hear a grinding noise when I first start it, but it doesn't happen when the engine or air is warm.

Get it scanned for codes and report back.
