Replaced battery on my 2018 Honda Accord 1.5t (with about 74K mileage) about two weeks ago with an Interstate AGM technology battery. Since then, all warning lights come on after two or three days of resetting ECU by removing battery cables and reconnecting them. went back to Costco and replaced the battery with standard battery, same thing happened! Read the error code from OBD II, the only code it shows is P2651 which relates to VTC solenoid as far as I understood.
Does anyone experienced this issue before? Is it possible something has happened to battery sensor during battery replacement?
Thanks for your helps in advance
Well if it happened immediately after replacing the battery. Obviously something has been damaged. I have seen sensors go bad by replacing batteries with a voltage surge when they're connected. Especially if the battery that was replaced and some type of internal failure which caused voltage surge. Then of course swapping out for another battery is too late cuz damage was already done
